Best way to coock chicken stir-fry
Classic Chicken Stir-Fry
Ingredients:
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, sliced into thin strips
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, carrots, snap peas)
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce (optional)
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1-inch ginger, grated
- Cooked rice or noodles for serving
Instructions:
- Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the chicken strips and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from the pan and set aside.
- In the same pan, add the remaining oil. Sauté garlic and ginger for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the mixed vegetables and stir-fry for 3-5 minutes until tender-crisp.
- Return the chicken to the pan. Add soy sauce and oyster sauce, tossing everything together. Cook for another 2 minutes.
- Serve over rice or noodles.
