Best way to coock chicken stir-fry

Classic Chicken Stir-Fry

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, sliced into thin strips
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, carrots, snap peas)
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1-inch ginger, grated
  • Cooked rice or noodles for serving

Instructions:

  1. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the chicken strips and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from the pan and set aside.
  3. In the same pan, add the remaining oil. Sauté garlic and ginger for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Add the mixed vegetables and stir-fry for 3-5 minutes until tender-crisp.
  5. Return the chicken to the pan. Add soy sauce and oyster sauce, tossing everything together. Cook for another 2 minutes.
  6. Serve over rice or noodles.
