Baked Salmon with Lemon
Ingredients:
- 2 salmon fillets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 lemon (sliced)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh herbs (like dill or parsley), optional
Instructions:
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Prepare the Baking Dish: Lightly grease a baking dish with olive oil.
- Season the Salmon: Place the salmon fillets in the dish. Drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt, pepper, and minced garlic.
- Add Lemon: Lay lemon slices on top of the salmon. You can also squeeze some lemon juice over the fillets for extra flavor.
- Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
